International Glass Association is holding the executive committee meeting in 2010 and the technology meeting(3/17/2010)

March 11, 2010, the International Glass Association was attended by Vice-Chairman Pengshou held in Germany in 2010, the International Glass Association Board meeting and the Technical Committee.

At the meeting, the International Glass Association Board members reviewed and summed up the 2009 Executive Committee and Technical Committee to carry out the work situation, while in September 2010 to be held in Brazil in the international glass of the General Assembly made specific arrangements for adequate communication to discuss and deployment. International Glass Conference will be the focus of the work of the Board in 2010.

The meeting, Vice-Chairman Peng-Shou behalf of the Chinese government has officially submitted to the Board intends to bid to host the 2016 China International Glass Conference's bid materials. At present, the United States, Britain and China have submitted application materials to the Board, the final result will be in September 2010 in Brazil during the International Glass Conference meeting of the International Glass Association Executive Committee and Board of Governors vote.

In addition, the Board also discussed the holding in 2011 in Shenzhen, China International Glass Association annual meeting and the preparatory technical meetings related to work, Pengshou Vice-Chairman on the annual meeting of the preparatory work done to the members present and responded to members questions.
