To break through crisis, ceramic industry should adjust industrial structure positively(4/28/2010)

To provide system protection for accelerating the transformation of economic development mode, we should mobilize and bring into play the enthusiasm, improve and perfect the incentive and restraint mechanisms, and constantly enhance the endogenous driving force of economic growth. Industrial structure adjustment is the important content in speeding up the change of economic development way. Now, the development of China's third industry is not coordinated, the industrial level is still relatively low.

Take ceramics industry as an example, Foshan had formed a industry cluster by labor-intensive way, it has accumulated wealth and established the industrial chain.

Ceramic industry is in dire need of increasing internal power. Ceramic industry has been regarded as traditional industry, and even, in some environmentalist's evaluation system, the ceramic industry does not meet the criteria of low-carbon economy. Ceramic industry depended on the price and cost competition at the expense of environment.

Environmental issue has become an unavoidable issue for ceramics enterprises' development. In the long run, paying more attention to environmental protection can actually increase the competitiveness of enterprises, focusing on environmental protection is a general trend.
