The long-term impact on the global economy by the dollar and inflation,the recovery of building material industry is difficult.(2009/6/23)

The economy of our country stops dropping and becomes stable, but it doesn't not mean the crisis disappears.Zhumin, the deputy governor of Bank of China, said,"&At the present time, we can not be that optimistic."&Now,the drop of ecnomic finance has stopped,but the rate of unemployment is still high.The unfavorable factors such as the depreciation of dollar and inflation will still affect in the future.

The datas show, in May, the national revenue is RMB656,947,000,000, increasing by 30,132,000,000 yuan or 4.8% compared with the same month last year.Looking at the economic datas,the government said,according to the general datas,the performance of the economy of our country is better than expection.

But it doesn't mean China's economy is without the financial crisis.Zhumin, the deputy of bank of China, said, this is the weak recovery of the economy.He has three points for this view.
1. The financing capacity of the bank system is difficult to recover.
Most of the bank in the world are in the deep crisis,they try to resolve the financial pressure in the enterprise, but can not afford loans to them.The enterprise can't loan,then the capital-strand break, this much lead to the bankrupt, and the economy will decline.
2. The USA mitigates the domestic pressure by a large number of banknote printing, which leads to the continuing depreciation of dollar,and the inflation is inevitable.
3. The economies of Eastern Europe is still in a great risk.
Zhumin said,"&In the past 10 years,Eastern Europe has borrowed USD1,400billion from the global,he never borrows that much money in the past 50 yeas.

In the future,the business model of the global banks will be more cautious and simple.And the world's monetary system will be rebuilt during the shocks.

Last,Zhumin pointed,"&Now our most unclear thing is,the way the world will be out of the crisis in, which decides our living environment in the future."&
