Italian stone exports on decline of the market situation (5/28/2010)

According to the information collected, prepared and provided InternazionaleMarmieMacchineCarrara data, in 2009,the first 9 months, exports of Italian marble and granite stone industry, stone and travertine, a total of 2.041 million tons, including the raw materials and finished products, the total value of 10.013 billion euros, and 2008 compared to the same period production fell 14.5%, 21.3% of total imports and exports declined.

The first 9 months of 2007 the Italian stone exports totaled nearly 3.5 million tons of data 14.25 billion euros compared with the decline can be seen.
