Pakistan's marble industry is facing at least 20 million dollars loss(6/4/2010)

Karachi: As the ethnic conflict in Balochistan, Pakistan has to stop the supply of marble blocks that this will directly to the marble industry killing at least 20 million dollars in losses.

Pakistan Marble Industries Association President SanaullahKhan said that a large number of export orders have been canceled more than 300 marble factories in Karachi, only one month's supply of raw materials, if the raw material supply is not restored, a large number of workers will lose their jobs.

Loi from Dreji and access all areas of transport has broken down completely, marble factory in Karachi to reduce the supply of 75% of marble blocks. SanaullahKhan asked the Government should take measures as soon as possible, otherwise a lot of marble factories will be forced to shut down, causing thousands of workers will be unemployed.
