China and USA will discuss the admission of the Market Economic Status of China in October(2009/8/19)

On August 17th, 2009, Yao Jian, the spokesman of Department of commerce, said, China and USA will make a further discussion on the admission of the Market Economic Status of China in October.

Yao said, insisting on open-door to the outside world and building socialist market economy is the established target. It does not need any one to admit that. Meanwhile, this financial crisis shown, even under the perfect market economy system, there are still many problems. Therefore, China has the voice to judging which kind of economy system is more suitable for domestic economic development. But the Market Economic Status comes down to the Trade Remedy Measures, and it is related to the question of whether choose the Surrogate country when judging the dumping profit margin. If China could not get the admission of the Market Economic Status, it will make the measure lose a lot of impartiality.
